Dispatch and returns are handled in Sweden. Please email us for return instructions; do not send returns to the Costa Rica correspondence address.
What you choose to share
We collect your email address when you sign up for drop announcements and offers. You can separately choose to provide a phone number and consent to text marketing. Phone signup is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
We record the time, wording and source of your consent so we can respect your preferences. Submitting the email form is consent to email updates. Text updates require their own unchecked consent box.
How your details are used
We use your details for Street Ballers drop news and offers on the channels you select. The legal basis for marketing is your consent. We do not sell or rent the list.
Where information is processed
Shopify stores your contact details and consent. Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile abuse protection, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser signals. We use that security processing for our legitimate interest in keeping the form safe.
These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, using their applicable data protection agreements and international transfer safeguards. You can read Shopify’s privacy notice and Cloudflare’s privacy notice. This signup page does not include advertising or analytics trackers.
Changing your mind
Withdraw email or text consent at any time by contacting [email protected]. For text opt-out or number-removal requests, include your phone number and country code. The Request number removal link opens an email request for our team to process; it does not remove the number automatically. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link. Opting out of one channel does not require opting out of the other. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place with your consent.
How long we keep it
We retain signup details while your subscription is active and the list is used for the stated purpose. If you unsubscribe, we stop marketing on that channel and retain only the limited suppression and consent records needed to respect your choice and meet legal obligations. We review unused signup records and remove information we no longer need.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, and ask about restricting processing or receiving a portable copy where applicable. You may also complain to your local data protection authority or Sweden’s Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
